ROMANS 1:20-21

“20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.”

Intelligent design is a science, used by religions- not a religion itself.

Intelligent Design uses testable repeatable processes for verification of empirical scientific data inquiry to verify if there was a creator behind what we observe.

It Is NOT creationism, which is derived from a religious text, though it parallels it since God is a creator with an intelligent mind.

The theory of ‘Intelligent Design’ is simply an effort to empirically detect with science whether there is “apparent design” behind all things.  

“Were things created by an intelligence?” The more information you can  intelligently get out of  and use something, the more it shows there is an intelligence behind its’ creation (like a hieroglyphic tablet vs. a random rock).
